All we need is an approximately 3×5 meter area of relatively flat ground, and access to a
power point and we will do the rest!
We are open to catering outside of our standard booking times dependant on availability. Contact us to discuss a tailored option.

*Please be aware that this type of booking can incur additional fees.
Currently we do not, however this may be an add-on we introduce in the future.
We are currently waiving our standard travel fees for the Adelaide Metropolitan area.

If your event is outside Adelaide Metropolitan, a travel fee may be incurred. You will be notified of this before your booking deposit is due.
Your booking date will be officially secured once full payment is received and admin has contacted you to confirm we are ready to go.
To reschedule or cancel your booking please contact us by email.

- Bookings rescheduled to another available date or cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund.

- Bookings cancelled within 13 to 4 days of the event date will forfeit 50% of the total booking cost.

- Bookings cancelled within 3 days of the event date will forfeit full payment.
